The Essentials Membership
This coaching membership is perfect for someone looking to have fun, loves the community support and wants to build camaraderie with your peers. Classes are highly personalized so you can train safely toward your goals and get great results. Group training classes are offered Tuesday - Saturday at various times and our coaches provide new programs every 4 - 6 weeks for ongoing development.

The Performance Plan
The Performance Membership (small group semi-private training) is our most popular coaching option. With individual training sessions costing $85 - $125/session in the Baltimore area, we believe this is the best solution to help you achieve your goals and foster long-term success. You will be provided a customized training program designed to support your goals in addition to having more flexibility with scheduling. And, because it’s cheaper than traditional training, you can train more often to help you get the best results.

The Executive Membership
We offer private coaching at off peak hours. Private coaching is an effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Our coaches will work to design a program tailored to fit your needs, teach you movement patterns to enhance your performance, and provide you with the support you need early in the process. Private coaching is recommended if you are returning from significant health limitations or injuries.
