Kettlebell training is an incredible way to burn fat, improve core strength and create a strong, lean and fit body. Our classes are taught by Baltimore City’s best and most experienced coaches who are passionate about helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. Many group training programs are just a random compilation of “exercises” designed to make you sweat but our experienced StrongFirst Certified Instructors will help you improve your movement, train safely and get all the benefits that kettlebells have to offer.
Strength & Conditioning Class
The strength & conditioning class is our #1 priority. We focus on full body, functional lifts to help you burn more calories, build lean body mass, and boost your metabolism for long-term success. Our supportive coaches will provide you with progressions to train safely and the structure you need to maximize your results. You will be encouraged to push yourself each week but our main focus is the quality of work you put in.
MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) Class
If you are looking for a high intensity, interval, group training class designed to help you rev-up your metabolism and burn fat, our “Met-Con” class is perfect for you. In this class, you'll learn how to improve your movement, burn a ton of calories and get all the cardiovascular benefits you've been looking for. Don't be fooled though, this is not your typical "boot camp" style training. Our coaches will scale training sessions to support your goals while addressing your needs so you can get incredible results; safely and effectively!
